When pallets have to be moved between conveyor lines that are not immediately next to each other, the transfer cart is a neat intermediate link. Our transfer cart is also ideal for delivering pallets to several receiving lines, and for collecting pallets from several lines onto a single accumulation line. A typical setting where the transfer cart really comes into its own is next to the loading and unloading docks of larger warehouses, where there are usually many bays. There, it is perfect to install a conveyor that provides a connection to a long row of stations.
It is also always an advantage when the conveying equipment does not block too much space. With the transfer cart as a mobile link, floor space is not tied up, which frees up room for the forklift traffic you need. The rail that the cart runs on can either be laid on the floor or recessed, to avoid a raised edge.
