Typical applications are at larger retail chains, airports, shopping centres and similar sites with high visitor flows, where it is essential that customers can pick up a trolley quickly and easily.
A trolley conveyor is installed where the main customer flows pass — at the entrance to the store, after airport security screening, and so on. That way, customers can pick up a trolley easily and smoothly exactly when they need one. Hanter’s trolley conveyor is normally placed in a tunnel where a large number of trolleys can be stored: the longer the tunnel, the more trolleys. At one end of the conveyor, staff load trains of trolleys; at the other end, the customer collects a trolley. As soon as one customer has taken a trolley, the next one is fed forward. Fast, simple and smooth!
The trolley conveyor is of course adapted to each customer’s individual needs and to the type of trolley to be handled.
