Automatic palletising and depalletising
Hanter’s systems for automatic palletising and depalletising handle light goods with high precision and reliability. With our own in-house robot profile, we deliver tailored palletising solutions for a wide range of industrial environments
Gantry robot for automated palletising and material handling
The gantry robot is a flexible solution for automated palletising, depalletising, machine tending, and loading and unloading. The system is adapted to the requirements of each application and combines high precision with a compact design.
The robots can be supplied with several axes, different drive systems and customised grippers to optimise the handling of different types of goods. Control systems built on well-proven platforms provide high availability and easy integration with other automation. The gantry robot is often part of a complete turnkey material handling solution.
A spare parts package kept on site shortens lead times and reduces the risk of operational disruptions. It also means less time from your first call to a technician being on site. Contact us for advice!

Frequently asked questions
To make things easier, we have gathered the answers to the most common questions in one place. Whether you want to know more about our services, deliveries or how to reach us, we hope you will find the answer here. Still can’t find what you are looking for?
What is automatic palletising?
Automatic palletising means that goods — boxes or cartons, for example — are stacked onto a pallet by a machine or robot in a predetermined pattern, without manual intervention.
What is depalletising?
Depalletising is the reverse process: goods are removed from the pallet automatically for onward transport or processing.
What range of goods can the system handle?
Hanter’s palletising system is designed for light goods such as boxes, cartons and crates. The system is dimensioned and adapted to the actual range of goods and the required stacking pattern.
How long does an installation take?
That varies with the complexity of the system and the premises. Hanter manages the whole process, from layout and design to installation, start-up and staff training.
